Start your career: Become a Marketing (Artwork & Data) Coordinator in one of the most well-known companies in Germany! Salary: You will receive a fixed salary during the entire traineeship – there are no costs!
You contact us and send us your application documents, e.g. your resume (CV). Afterwards, we get to know each other during a personal interview (online).
If your application and the personal interview are successful, you will be given the opportunity to introduce yourself to Beiersdorf or another renowned partner company (online).
At the beginning of the MARKETING MINDS program you can expect 5 exciting learning weeks in which we prepare you for your traineeship. While our training partners prepare you for your job as a Marketing Coordinator, you will develop your personal strengths with socialbee’s professional soft skills training and learn everything you need to know about working in Germany! On top of this, you will get to know inspiring people in exciting guestsessions who will tell you more about the secrets of their success.
The first phase of your traineeship (T1) is dedicated to learning on the job. You work 4 days a week (Monday – Thursday) in your partner company and are supported from all sides. Every Friday is a training day with group and individual training sessions, as well as time to learn and apply new knowledge directly to your work.
Congratulations! As a Marketing Coordinator, you are now ready to start working full-time (Monday – Friday) and support your company in current projects! We will continue to accompany you on your journey with monthly development meetings and individual training sessions and are always there for you if you have any questions or problems.
After 11 exciting months (including 10 months as a trainee), the program is over. During this time you have gained a lot of experience and are now ready to work as a Marketing Coordinator. Together, we strive for your long-term success and support you and your partner company where needed during this step.
