Would you like a sales job where you have direct contact with customers? Are you creative, but also enjoy working with a computer? Then a job as a kitchen planner at IKEA is just right for you!
You contact us and send us your application documents, e.g. your resume (CV). Afterwards, we get to know each other during a personal interview (online).
If your application and personal interview are successful, you will be able to take part in our free online qualification course. You don’t need any prior knowledge, you will learn everything you need for your new job through our coaching. We start with our 3-week online Professional Soft Skills Development course with socialbee: here you will be prepared for your start at IKEA. At this stage, you are not yet employed by IKEA. The training is free of charge.
Your job at IKEA starts with training at the IKEA Kitchen Academy. Here you will learn everything about planning and selling the IKEA kitchen range for at least 8 weeks. At the same time, you will take on your first sales responsibilities. In this phase you are already employed by IKEA and are paid in full.
In your new job, we will support you with our personal coaching for the first 10 months and help you with any questions you may have.
