You contact us and send us your application documents, e.g. your resume (CV). Afterwards, we get to know each other during a personal interview (online).
If your application and the personal interview were successful, you get to participate in our 6-week qualification course. You don’t need any previous knowledge, you will learn everything you need to know for your new job through our coaching. You will also learn all the important technical terms in a German course and we will discuss your career aspirations with you in our soft skills training. All courses are free of charge for you.
Congratulations! Only 6 weeks later you will have completed the qualification and receive a certificate from us. We find you a job with one of our partner companies where you can start your new job. During the first months in your new job, we will always be at your side and help you with any questions you may have.
