Yes, if your profile matches a job offer, we will have a conversation with you. We will introduce the role to you and assess together whether it is really a good fit. If everything matches, we will forward your profile to the partner company.
No, there are no fixed deadlines. You register for our talent platform, and we contact you as soon as we have a suitable job offer for you. In the meantime, you can already make use of our trainings and other offerings.
No problem. We only suggest jobs that are genuinely a good fit for you. You always decide for yourself whether we should forward your profile to a partner company or not. If you say no, we adjust your profile and keep searching. We will get back to you when we find something suitable again.
We support you during the first months with coaching and assistance. If you are not satisfied, we look for solutions together — sometimes including an alternative position.
Unfortunately there is no public overview, as our job offers change constantly. We work with partner companies across Germany and assess your application individually. We have partners in all job industries.
