You want to work in logistics because you enjoy driving a forklift truck + picking orders? Then our free training is made for you!
You contact us and send us your application documents, e.g. your resume (CV). Afterwards, we get to know each other during a personal interview (online).
If your application and personal interview are successful, you will be able to take part in our free online qualification course. You don’t need any prior knowledge, you will learn everything you need for your new job through our coaching. Start with our 3-week online Professional Soft Skills Development course with socialbee: here you will be prepared for your entry into the world of work. The training is free of charge and we will lend you a tablet for the duration of the training.
Your job at IKEA starts with training at the IKEA Kitchen Academy. Here you will learn everything about planning and selling the IKEA kitchen range for at least 8 weeks. At the same time, you will take on your first sales responsibilities. In this phase you are already employed by IKEA and are paid in full.
In your new job, we will support you with our personal coaching for the first 10 months and help you with any questions you may have.
