Customer service is all about helping IKEA customers in the best possible way, whether it’s replacing products, arranging deliveries, providing spare parts or simply showing them the way. As a customer service associate, you will spend a lot of time getting to know IKEA products, services and customers.
As a sales associate, you’ll help customers choose products that make their homes better. You could also assist them with larger projects like buying a new kitchen and creating a complete storage combination.
Join this team and help customers get what they need by stocking shelves, fulfilling orders and supporting them during their shopping experience.
As a Food & Restaurant employee, you will be part of a team that ensures that customers and employees are satisfied and full. Cooking is not your thing? No problem, there are many different roles.
As is common in the retail industry, we are looking for full-time employees who are available Monday-Saturday and can work three Saturdays per month.
Part-time is also possible if you can be flexible with shifts.
What does that mean?
If you’re available a minimum of 4 hours per day it’s ok if you’re available on enough days.
